Where the books stand and how restricted funds are tracked.
The failure that ends small nonprofits is rarely fraud. It is restricted grant money spent on payroll because nobody tracked which dollars had strings attached until the funder asked.
We are not a CPA firm. Where a funder requires an audit or review, that goes to an independent CPA.
Monthly bookkeeping with restricted and unrestricted funds tracked properly from the start.
See the programPreparing the figures and schedules for Form 990, and the state registrations that go with it.
See the programTracking spending against each award so grant reports are a report rather than an investigation.
See the programMonthly or quarterly reporting a volunteer treasurer can present and a board can understand.
See the programTrack restrictions from day one, close monthly, prepare the 990 early, and make the board pack readable.

LMN Accounting LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, document number L22000292476, filed in 2022, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations.
We are not a certified public accounting firm and we perform no audits, reviews or compilations — where a funder, grantor or state registration requires one, it must come from an independent CPA firm and we will tell you early rather than at the deadline. We are also not attorneys: charitable solicitation law, lobbying limits, private benefit and exempt status questions belong with counsel. Your officers sign the 990 and the organisation remains responsible for its own compliance.
No. Audits and reviews require an independent CPA firm, and independence means it cannot be the people who keep your books. We will prepare the schedules your auditor needs and tell you when an audit is required.
Because spending restricted money on general operating costs is the single most common way a small nonprofit ends up in trouble with a funder — usually without anyone intending it.
Common, and we will tell you honestly what can and cannot be reconstructed. Clean-up is quoted separately after we have looked.
An officer of the organisation. We prepare and review it with you, but it is your filing and it becomes a public document that funders will read.
Florida requires charitable solicitation registration for most organisations that solicit. We track the filing; the legal question of whether an exemption applies is one for counsel.
No. That is legal advice. We can track and report the expenditure accurately, which is what counsel will need.
